Burgos Circle is a small, tree-lined park in the middle of the Forbes Town roundabout in BGC, where 1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue, Forbestown Road, and 29th Street meet. Its grassy lawn and benches surround The Trees, a 6.5-meter bronze sculpture that was the first public art piece in BGC. There is no playground, but kids 12 and under may play ball games on the lawn, and it is an easy stop for a stroll or a snack, with cafes and restaurants all around. Terra 28th is a short walk away. Bikes and skateboards are not allowed inside, though there is a designated parking area for them (bring your own lock). Pets must be on a leash, and picnics or parties of more than 10 people need a BGC permit. Go in the morning or late afternoon, since the restaurants around the circle get busy at night.
